"This agency provides the BEST service ever! The staff are always helpful, cheerful, professional, courteous & most definitely caring. They respond quickly to questions & concerns. If they don’t have an answer, they find out & follow up in a timely manner. The service I’ve received from the staff at this agency has been, & I’m sure will be, par excellence! I’ve been told that State Farm is more expensive than many other providers. My reply: “You get what you pay for. Often the best costs a bit more, but it’s worth it!” I cannot recommend this State Farm highly enough. And, I’m certain you won’t be disappointed. "Missy Pexa is such a nice person to work with, I appreciated her knowledge, efficiency and honesty. Never once did I feel like I was asking silly questions or that she felt I was wasting her time. I have been in contact with Missy Pexa in the past regarding quotes on my Home, Cabin and Auto. At that specific time it just did not work for me. She stayed in contact with me, offered to update my quotes. Yesterday I contacted her and she was able to see me at her office this morning. This time it absolutely worked out. She was able to finalize my policy and I left the office with insurance with State Farm.
